RETURNS
We are committed to ensuring that you have a hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience. In the rare case if you receive a Dead on Arrival or Malfunctioning product, you can ask for an exchange or refund for the former and only an exchange for the latter.
The customer must mark all returns within 48hours of the receiving the product. Any issues related to returns will be processed via email communication at support@mslaudiovisuals.com.
All returned items must be in new and undamaged condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please note, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
Refund is provided only when the product is Dead on Arrival. You may take store credit or request for refund to your bank account.
REPLACEMENT
If you have received a malfunctioning product upon arrival, we will replace it with the same product. Under no other conditions can there be a replacement or exchange. Once we receive the product at our end, we will check it for the malfunctioning and once it has been confirmed, we will replace it with the same product at the earliest.
EXCEPTIONS
There are certain conditions in which returns are not possible. These are when:
- The return request is made outside the specified time frame
- The product is damaged because of use
- The product is not in the same state as when you received it
- The item has been used and installed
- The product has been tampered with, or has missing serial numbers
- There is anything missing from the package you have received, including price tags, labels, and original packing.
WARRANTY
For the products purchased through our website, our Customer Care team will guide you to your nearest service center. In order to claim warranty, please read the following-
- (a) Manufacturer’s warranty applicable on the respective products
- (b) Physical damage to items are not covered under warranty
- (c) Warranty on applicable products becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered with by an unauthorised person/other service centre
- (d) Please retain your sales invoice to claim warranty
- (e) Warranty is applicable within India only, unless stated otherwise
*Please make a video when opening your package. In case of any physical damage or missing items, we will not be able to accept any request for return/refund/replacement of the physically damaged or missing item claim in the absence of the video.
